Ever thought, “Deaf interpreter… maybe certification? How start?”

You’re not alone.

Whether you have no interpreting experience yet, some experience, are already working as a Deaf interpreter, or you’re a certified CDI, we invite you to join us for an evening of connection, conversation, and community.

The CDI journey can feel confusing at first. There are a lot of questions: What are the requirements? What steps come first? How do I prepare? This gathering is a chance to learn the basics, ask questions, and connect with others who are exploring the same path.

We’ll also have certified CDIs share their experiences, offer encouragement, and help make the process feel a little less overwhelming. No pressure, no expectations. Just a space to learn, meet people, and see what’s possible.
